Returns Policy

Our returns policy is comprised of two sections. The first section applies to orders completed entirely online whilst the second section applies to orders completed in-store.


Orders Completed Online

  • Please examine your goods for any signs of damage within 48 hours of delivery or 24 hours of collecting in person and before commencing or arranging any fitting or installation. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately by using the details at the bottom of this website. We may require pictures of the damage or discrepancy so please ensure you have a suitable device available for this purpose. We cannot be held liable for any transit damage where you have transported goods yourself.
  • Where we are notified within the above timescale of damaged or incorrect goods being received we will arrange despatch of replacement goods on an expedited service free of charge. We will inform you if we intend to collect the damaged or incorrect items at our own cost. Do not dispose of any goods or any transit packaging (including pallets) unless we have instructed you to do so. Please note that in some cases we will be unable to arrange collection of damaged goods if they can't be insured for transit or would otherwise pose a health & safety risk; we will ask you to dispose of such goods as you see fit if we deem this to be the case.
  • If you have simply changed your mind you can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days following delivery or collection of your goods subject to the below conditions. Please notify us of your intention to cancel by email, telephoning 01922 211 111 or by using our online form. Please include your order number in all correspondence.
  • Do not dispose of any transit packaging (including pallets) unless you are satisfied with your goods and intend to keep them.
  • If you wish to return your goods because you have changed your mind you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance with your chosen carrier to cover the value of the goods whilst they are in transit and observe any additional packaging requirements your chosen carrier may require. We recommend you choose a carrier that requires a signature on delivery and/or a service that provides an online delivery confirmation. The goods should be unmarked showing no signs of having been fitted and the packaging should be intact apart from any opening that was reasonably necessary to examine the goods.
  • When ordering a shower door, shower enclosure or wetroom screen(s) please check the adjustment range shown on the box BEFORE opening any packaging. Due to the way these items are packaged returns are not accepted if the wrong size has been ordered and the packaging has been opened.
  • Items supplied with a clear hygiene seal (including toilet seats) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been opened.
  • Any item a manufacturer or ourselves sent you a free sample of (i.e. tiles) prior to purchase cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items that have been modified or mixed to your specification or matched to a sample cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Once your returned goods have been received and accepted a full refund of the original order including any original delivery charge(s) will be issued. The cost of returning the goods will not be refunded.
  • If returned goods arrive damaged our warehouse will take pictures of the damage and refuse the delivery. We will send you the pictures via email so you can initiate a claim against your chosen carrier.

    Please include your order number on the address label or a bring copy of your invoice/receipt with all returned goods.
  • Typical return costs:

    • Smaller parcel items (i.e. toilet seats, taps, thermostatic showers, mirrors up to 600mm) will typically cost no more than £10.00 to return.
    • Larger parcel items (i.e. bath panels, furniture up to 35kg, towel rails, radiators, shower trays up to 900mm) will typically cost no more than £30.00 to return.
    • Palletised items (i.e. toilets, basins, shower enclosures, wetroom screens, baths, shower trays over 900mm, large furniture items, tiles) will typically cost no more than £90.00 to return. All items delivered on a pallet should be returned on a pallet.


Orders Completed In-Store

We may require pictures of the damage or discrepancy so please ensure you have a suitable device available for this purpose.   • All returned items must be accompanied with the original receipt or sales ticket which serves as your proof of purchase.
  • The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

    • Tiles - please check correct quantity required before ordering. We advise making a 10% allowance for wastage and cutting-in.
    • Items we do not hold in stock; i.e. items ordered direct from a supplier or manufacturer. You will be advised if the item is not held in stock prior to purchase.
    • Any items ordered, modified or mixed to your specification.
    • Toilet seats once the clear hygiene seal has been opened.
    • Items that show any signs of having been fitted or modified.
    • Items advertised or otherwise described as being ex-display items.
    • Shower doors, enclosure glass, bath screens or wetroom screens once original packaging has been opened. Always check size and adjustment ranges are correct and suitable before opening any boxes containing glass.
    • Any item we have matched to a batch, sample or colour.
  • All other items can be returned within 7 calendar days of collection or delivery for a full refund provided the items are returned intact and in their original, unopened packaging (including any protective film). Any applicable delivery charges shown on the order are non-refundable. If the packaging is damaged a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Items returned after 7 calendar days up to a limit of 28 calendar days following delivery or collection are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.
