Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders completed online with a value over £500 where the delivery address is located in England or Wales (mainland only).
The following areas and postcodes are excluded from the above free delivery area but feature subsidised delivery charges:
- Scotland: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE.
- Northern Ireland: BT.
- Isle of Wight: PO30 to PO49.
- Isle of Man: IM.
- Channel Islands: GY, JE.
Why do you have this policy when Royal Mail charge the same price to deliver a letter to any UK postcode?
Unlike Royal Mail & Parcelforce independent couriers and hauliers charge varying rates depending on the delivery postcode. Whilst we have endeavoured to be as inclusive as possible in our £500 free delivery area it simply is not possible to include every UK postcode without also increasing product prices for all our customers. However, in the interest of fairness we subsidise delivery charges to all postcodes not included in our £500 free delivery area so the delivery charge levied to these areas is lower than the actual cost of delivery.
