Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available on most items we hold in stock. If you select the option to collect in person during checkout we will send your unique collection code and the address of our collection point (located in Darlaston, West Midlands) via email once your order is ready to be picked up. Provided every item on the order is in stock we will typically send your collection code within 1 working day. Please note the option to collect in person may not be displayed depending upon the delivery address entered.
Once you have received your collection code please ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle that is capable of safely transporting the item(s) you have ordered. At a minimum we advise a short wheelbase van for any orders containing a shower enclosure, wetroom screen, bath or larger shower tray (over 1200mm on the longest side) with suitable means of securing the item(s) against movement during transit to prevent accidental damage. Please note that tiles - particularly porcelain tiles - are very heavy and extremely fragile; we highly recommend these items be delivered to eliminate any risk of damage that may occur when transporting these items yourself. If you are collecting tiles we advise making an allowance of 20kg per M² for porcelain tiles (excluding any grout, adhesive etc.) and ensuring your vehicle is capable of safely transporting the quantity ordered.
Please note that many items require two people to lift and handle safely due to their size, weight and/or nature. Please ensure you will have adequate assistance available when unloading your item(s) at the destination address.
If any item(s) are found to be out of stock we will notify you within 1 working day of placing your order with an expected due date for the item(s). We will provide the option of letting you wait for the goods to come into stock or you may cancel your order in full or in part to receive a full refund for the out of stock item(s). Please note that stock availability displayed on the website is not updated in real-time and items may go out of stock at short notice.
Please do not attempt to collect your goods until you have received your unique collection code via email indicating your order is ready to collect. If you have not received a collection code within 1 working day please call 01922 211 111 with your order number. Your order number can be found in your initial order confirmation email or in the payment confirmation email that is sent separately from our payment processor (Opayo). Before calling please check any "junk" or "spam" folders in your email app or software as such emails are often erroneously interpreted to be spam.
